If you wish to end your subscription to information from Agent of Art, simply send an email with the subject line „Unsubscribe“ to info@fcotw.net. State your name and email address in the email message. You have the right to at any time to know what information is being retained about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to info@fcotw.net. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Agent of Art make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database. Security Agent of Art uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. Agent of Art webshop uses the Thawte SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the Thawte icon at checkout. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Ordering
The use of this website is to order in our online shop. By pressing the button „Order“ you bind yourself to purchase the items in your designated shopping chart, or „MY BAG“. We accept your offer by sending a confirmation email, or the items ordered, or an invoice within 14 days, after receiving your order.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship your order to the address that you provide with the shipping company of our choice. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. We deliver within Germany, the EU and some other destinations worldwide. For lists of the countries we deliver to, and shipping charges involved, please see Shipping.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after your completed payment via PayPal. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped that contains an approximate shipping time. If delivery is not reached within the estimated shipping time because of our fault, you must provide us with reasonable additional time to fulfil our obligations concerning the delivery of your order. If after this additional time we still have not delivered due to our fault, you can cancel your purchase.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied by your local customs authorities once your package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. When customs regulations are applicable, your delivery may be delayed.

Returns & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is our goal. In the event that your unworn and unwashed product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations please contact us or send the product back to us. Mark any such contact with the subject line „Returns“ and send it via email to info@fcotw.net or as a printed document to Agent of Art, Postfach 190053, 40110 Düsseldorf, Germany. You may return disputed items postmarked within two weeks of the date of receival of the sending for credit to your original payment method or for exchange. You may return your product(s) for a refund or exchange provided:
• The item has been unworn and unwashed
• All disputed items are returned
• The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Hang tag or labels are not removed

If a damaged item is shipped to you, please contact and notify us within two weeks from the date you receive your package. Mark any such contact with the subject line „Damaged“. If you are making an exchange because you want a different style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. Mark any such contact with the subject line „Exchange“.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 30 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, German VAT will be included in the refund.

Payment, Pricing & Currency
We accept card and bank payment made with PayPal. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped. Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view the Shipment and payments page. We ship only after the whole amount to pay is received. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Errors & Inaccuracies
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. However, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographic mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions – including after an order has been submitted – and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Changes or corrections after an order has been placed do not apply to pricing.

Colours
Because of artistic interpretation, the products seen in the photographs of the editorial “stories” on our website can slightly differ from the products sold in our online shop. These same artistic photographs are occasionally reproduced in the menus of the online shop section in order to ease customer orientation during their visit. As soon as an artistic photograph in a shop menu is clicked upon, an as accurate as possible product photograph is displayed.
We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

Cookies
Cookies are used in this website in order to improve your experience of the website itself. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the website to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes. You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated.
